First time coming here and had a great experience, was able to be taken care of right away and the woman doing my nails had great attention to detail and did everything to make sure they looked great, will be coming back!
My hair was frizzy on the ends, not responding well to the extremely wet and windy weather in Miami. I called this salon due to the many positive reviews and I was not disappointed. Alvi answered the phone and was able to see me right away. He examined my hair and I could tell he knows hair - he was able to describe what was going on with my hair, he seemed to understand my hair texture and type, and he clearly explained what he could do to help. He gave me options, made sure I was comfortable with the services he proposed, identified the products he planned to use, and gave me prices upfront. The owner and staff here are so kind and accommodating! I walked in and they took care of my nails AND hair for me. This was all without an appointment. The best part is that they gave me exactly what I was looking for while being so warm and hospitable.
