Service prompt and courteous, however, confusing for customer as we had follow up expecting part replacement and instead just had tech apply silicone to a part. Difficult to get explanation. Would recommend you get information clear on first visit.

This company deserves 5 stars.The technical Tyler M. provided me with exellent service with my Whirlpool dryer . He is very knowledgeable and professional. Great service, highly recommend .

dont answer phonedont answer textset appointments without talking to customerno way to have appointment made that works for customer and companysend a text without a telephone contactwhen phone answers puts on hold and hangs up after 12 minutesvery frustrating. and company makes contact impossible

We are a drug-free workplace, and before joining our team, they must pass background checks, drive screening, and a rigorous personal interview with the owner of the company, himself a former technician and 30-year veteran of the appliance service industry. You'll notice the difference from the moment you first contact us. Our service reps are knowledgeable , solution-oriented, and friendly. All speak English and Spanish fluently, and will work with you to coordinate a convenient service appointment.
