The service representatives are knowledgeable, solution-oriented, and bilingual in English and Spanish. Darrin, one of their technicians, is described as friendly, positive, and knowledgeable, able to quickly identify and fix a fridge issue. Another technician, Tyler M., provided excellent service for a Whirlpool dryer, demonstrating professionalism and knowledge. While one customer found the service prompt and courteous, they had difficulty understanding the follow-up, which involved applying silicone to a part instead of replacing it. It is recommended to clarify information on the first visit.

You'll notice the difference from the moment you first contact us. Our service reps are knowledgeable , solution-oriented, and friendly. All speak English and Spanish fluently, and will work with you to coordinate a convenient service appointment.
