They're technicians especially Omar and Rey are excellent and knowledgeable technicians. They were always on time and they were able to troubleshoot and repair my refrigerator ice and water dispenser. All of the parts used were factory original parts. Furthermore, Flamingo Appliance has a very good email/text scheduling system that keeps you updated of the timing of the technicians arrival on the day of the appointment. I can't comment on there pricing since my repair was done under an extended warranty from Whirlpool. I was very happy with my experience with Flamingo Appliance Services.
