Wish I would've read these reviews before placing my order. I placed an order for next day delivery and then received an email the day AFTER the delivery was to be made that my order had been cancelled due to not having the product in stock. I would've been understanding if I was told day of delivery, but the day after is unacceptable.

The receipting never received her flowers. I called everyday to no avail. Voicemail is full, was sent an email stating they are closed and would send a refund. That was 12 days ago. Never received my refund. Just disputed with the bank.

I'm writing this review because I'm very disappointed. I have come to this place for several occasions and never had a problem. Today, however, I wanted to surprise my girlfriend with a flower arrangement for her birthday. I work on the weekends so I had to place the order online. I paid $87 for an arrangement to be delivered to my GF on Saturday (yesterday) and IT NEVER CAME. Her birthday is today and here she is with no flowers.I've calling them all morning and of course, no answer. Will be going in person tomorrow to get my money back
