I would not recommend the driving school to anyone. Signed up with them because they claimed to have weekend driving lessons. They are short staffed and the instructor they stuck us with decided she did not want to work weekends. When we called the office, they said she should be working weekends. The office was no help in getting this resolved and when we attempted to schedule weekday lessons and had to cancel, they forfeited 2 out of our 5 lessons. Do NOT use this school. Tried to resolve for 2 weeks, and now they are hanging up when we call. So much for 'great customer service by email, phone or chat'. I will not recommend this driving school to anyone! They know how to collect the money from students but no training! They collected money from my daughter and almost one month now no training, no tutor, no calls to follow up on it. When you call they either put you on hold or say that the person in charge of driving department is not on seat! To get back your refund is another problem! Bad business! Why collect money a service that you can not provide?

Awful customer service. No idea how to talk to people. Worse than speaking to the DMV, i didn't even know that was possible. By far this is the worst driving school in south Florida
