I took a dress which has a sash to be dry cleaned. I took it home and when I went to wear it again, the sash was not there. I went back to talk to them. They could not find the sash and made no effort to compensate me for the dress which cannot be worn now. The manager was not even apologetic, suggesting that it was my fault for not looking. I will not be returning there and do not recommend it to anyone. If you do choose to use them, check all your clothing before going home.

I had been looking for a cleaner and was happy to find this place to conveniently close to my house. I only wish I would have looked up this place before giving it my business and I can see why it only has a two-star rating. When I dropped off one piece of clothing, they told me that I would need to bring cash when I came to pick it up. because it was less than the $10 minimum, they require to use your card. I made sure to stop and get cash before going there to pick up. When I got there with my $20 bill, they told me that they did not have change (this was at 2pm in the afternoon and only a $20). The rude manager "mama" came up to the register and was super rude. As if it was my fault that they didn't prepare themselves for their cash requirement. Then she sent me to Dunkin Doughnuts to buy something so that I can pay her. Well, I didn't feel like a doughnut just then. Then she got the nastiest attitude and one of the girls in the back came up with the change. She pretty much threw at me. I will never, ever be back to this place.

Im very dissatisfied with the place. I left a piece of clothing here, they gave me a price and I left the clothing there. I come back to pick it up and they charged me double then what they originally charged me. This is completely unacceptable. This was their mistake not mine I should not have to pay extra because they made a mistake
