I got my refund, thanks to the owner, or whoever is managing business profile. The manager who sold me a different brand of products need to be retrained. He advertised it as ph neutral, when nowhere in the label, not even on the website says it. He also doesn’t know how to do business to business. I came in there willing to spend $700-$1000 a month on products if we could get a deal. He only wanted to give me a tax exempt only in cash lol. Advance auto parts give us 25-30% on all products including chemical guys but they don’t have as much variety. If you are willing to talk this through let me know

Great customer service. Staff is very knowledgeable of their products. Any question about car detail, they can walk you through the steps WITH the right products. My go to for detail supplies!
