I wanted to take time to leave a review for Robert and Dade Lock and Key because I was so impressed with their level of professionalism, customer service, reliability, communication, reasonably priced, and overall helpfulness resolving my problem. I needed to rekey a house and they had exactly what I needed, were quick to respond, quick to send someone out, patient with my questions, and the person that came out to rekey was on time, professional, and did a great job. It is rare to find a business nowadays that does what they say will do when they say they will do it and done timely and efficiently. My new locksmith for all our needs.

I came in to obtain a copy of two of my car's keys. The gentleman was very professional, and he made the copies quickly; I was out of the store in less than 5 minutes. Both keys worked perfectly, and I was quite pleased with the service and the price. I'll return in the future.
