CORPORATION, ENTITY AND PERSONAL INCOME TAX CARE CENTER

I think they might be out of business. I've had him and his group doing my taxes for years with fantastic results, but this year it's like they've completely ghosted me. I can't reach anyone on the phone, only automated emails back, and the owner, who's cell number I have, doesn't pick up. His Facebook has some vague messages about coming back stronger or some nonsense like that.

Since last year, when they went home to prepare the income taxes for their clients, their service has been poor. I just submitted my income tax with them last week, and I have not received a call back from anyone! Stay away!!!

Bad customer service. I wasn't able to ask a simple question without Christian being disrespectful. Being told that I was too busy sitting on the couch when all I asked was a follow up question. Christian called me an "asshole" and deliberately disrespected the Armed Forces which he claims he also served in. Only because I asked what happened to the follow up call which he claims is given the same day. I waited 4 days to receive the call and yet never did. He claims my taxes have been processed but yet without my final authorization. Worst experience I have ever been through. Being called a "little spoiled soldier wanna be."
