IF THEY BREAK YOUR FRAMES, THERE IS NO MONEY BACK.If you take your frames to have your prescription changed, and they break them, you will not get your money back. So you will have to pay for broken lenses, even if you gave them lenses that weren't broken. I found this place through Groupon and decided to call them directly. The owner was very polite and helpful. She was able to accommodate me for an eye exam despite my limited availability. Because I don't have vision insurance, I shopped around several places and this was by far the best price for everything (exam and lenses). I ordered my frames somewhere else and had them put the lenses in. I'm very pleased with the service and prices.
