Terrible service, even if you arrive on time for your appointment, they serve you 5 hours later, it seems very bad to me that they play with people's time, even when you want to ask for guidance, they do not respond politely.
TERRIBLE! I had to call the insurance because they did not want to treat my 8-day-old daughter unless I paid for the consultation since it did not yet appear on my insurance policy because it was newly added. By law they must care for my baby for a period of 60 days, as this is the estimated period while she is added to the insurance but they refused.
I give one star out of mercy. Honestly, I don't recommend this place to anyone who has insurance. It's better to see a private doctor in his office. They tell you to choose a doctor because he is very good but then they bill your insurance and send you bills on top of that. I don't understand ? what nonsense they're up to. And to answer calls horrible service.
