She was so amazing, and her set up was lovely! Very clean, easy to find (she provides simple directions for parking ahead of time), and smells lovely--her aromatherapy selection is top tier. I think this massage was so good because she made sure to communicate with me ahead of time and took the time to review my body. I was able to tell her my problem areas. Then she made sure to review the areas and apply the proper techniques in order to relieve any/all pain. This woman knows what she's doing and she does it well! Anava is an amazing massage therapist and I have a standing appointment every month. She draws from multiple modalities and has an intuitive gift of how to help you on a particular day. Our sessions vary depending on what stresses or pains I'm experiencing and I always leave feeling like a new person. I've got my mother seeing her regularly now too and recommend her to any friend who needs help relaxing. A million stars!
