They were nice and proficient despite the language barrier, my daughter enjoyed her cut and style. I wish it was even slightly more comfortable for me, but there wasn't a surface that wasn't visibly covered by hair, that coupled with the screaming babies and blaring kids entertainment mediums coming from multiple devices at once, not their fault, but I think I will just take my daughter to an adult salon next time as their clientele seem to be primarily still in diapers.

Today I went with my 2 children to cut their hair for the first time but the truth is I don't think I will return, I didn't like the poor service of the girl who helped me, her name is Dania. Since we entered there was not even a smile, it seemed like she was angry all the time, I told him that my 5 year old son has autism and he just said aahh I understand but then when the child moved I just told him don't move, lower your head, raise your head, all reluctantly, I also told him I said the cut I wanted and she gave me a rude answer, the truth is that for that part I came without wanting to return to the place, otherwise I didn't see it bad, except... read full review

I have been going to this salon for almost 3 years in August and I live 45 minutes from the salon and I take my monthly son. I like everything about this salon but especially Zainela, no one touches my son's hair, he is autistic and Zainela trims it. with all the love in the world and patience.
