Cardoso Jiu Jitsu is a welcoming and friendly Brazilian Jiu Jitsu academy in the Kendall/ South Miami area. The gym offers classes for people of all ages and fitness levels in a safe and supportive environment. The academy is comprised of a diverse group of individuals who share a passion for personal growth and development. The trainers are knowledgeable and highly recommended, making it the perfect place for beginners and those transferring gyms. The gym also offers open mat hours on Saturdays, where visitors can join in and learn from the instructors. While the academy has had some issues with bullying, the teachers are amazing and the students learn a lot. Overall, Cardoso Jiu Jitsu is a great place to improve physically, mentally, and emotionally, and reach one's potential in life.
