Through the most difficult time of my Moms passing, the process was made easier due to the staffs professionalism and kindness. Everyone was very caring, patient and were considerate throughout the selection process and viewing.
My grandpa recently passed away, and I made funeral arrangements with Lissette and Kay. Kay made sure all the paperwork was done quickly and efficiently, and she made sure my family was comforted through the entire process. The funeral was the Sunday after he passed, and the preparations were completed very swiftly. During the funeral, Kay made sure everyone was comfortable and catered to any needs from my friends and family. I could not be happier with how everything turned out, and its all thanks to the team at Caballero Rivero. I am 100% coming here again whenever someone else in my family passes away.
