John showed up same day to help diagnose what we thought was a critical issue with our well water pump. It turns out he was able to help determine we had a plumbing leak elsewhere in the house which was causing our pump to run constantly but there was no issue with the pump itself. Not only was he able to provide clarity on the situation and point us in the right direction but he didn't even charge us for the same day service call. It's not easy to find reputable and honest companies these days but John certainly earned my respect and future business going forward due to his transparency, professionalism and care.
