My first class was the candle lit yoga and having such an experience, I will definitely be attending more often. So relaxing, soft and peaceful in atmosphere. The instructor was great and knowledgeable.

I’ve only attended 4 classes in the past week and I can truly say that I feel so much different. Coming from a person whose anxiety is out of whack at times I can attest that yoga has AMAZING benefits! And when you have a great instructor it makes a huge difference. Liz positive energy is so contagious that it’ll make you want to keep going back.

Monday 2-15-21Still one of the best places for a relaxing, learning, and enlightening yoga experience! I reccomend me them to everyone. They also maintain an extremely clean and safe environment to practice and learn yoga in. ?? Thank You BuddhaFul OM Yoga!I feel Eternal Love to that fateful day? Groupon showed me this safe place?that saved, paved and made the wave I crave in all ways for all days? so no one is to say today we cant relate to one another before its 2 late? Hahaha.
