About Bernardo Garcia Funeral Homes
Bernardo Garcia Funeral Homes is a family-owned funeral home located in Kendall, known for its attentive and professional service during difficult times. The staff, including Oscar and Jennifer, have been praised for their patience, dedication, and ability to guide customers through the funeral process with care and efficiency. While some customers have noted fair quality and prices that were not as affordable, the overall sentiment is one of gratitude for the funeral home's adherence to the Cuban culture and its willingness to accommodate the needs of grieving families in a timely and respectful manner. The facility may have some logistical challenges, such as crowding and small bathrooms, but the staff's commitment to providing excellent customer service seems to outweigh these minor issues.

I found his behavior extremely unprofessional and it made me uncomfortable. When he directly asked for food, I reluctantly agreed since I was put on the spot in front of everyone. However, your staff should never be asking for food from grieving families during such a sensitive time. This person’s behavior...read full review
