Unfortunately we fell into the hands of this builder. Directly attending by Kive Ávila. My mother-in-law's house burned down here in Miami and they recommended us to rebuild it. The house burned down in 2017 and only now in 2023 was it half finished and delivered. I say medium because the way I deliver it leaves a lot to be desired. I wanted to think he was going to do a good job but this is the epitome of a shady contractor. He asked for a 50% deposit saying he needed it to lock in pricing, which is not true. He then took significantly longer than he said to start and ignored me along the way. Then worst of all, the quality was poor. The framing was crooked, the borders were chipped, the patching was spotty and they just brushed it off.The whole job was a terrible experience.Services: Hurricane impact window installation
