Dixie is our third dog and a patient there as well. The service has always been amazing the call center is not the best, but once you arrive at the center it is a different scenario. Ricky was very attentive and patient with all the questions and concerns we had. Hands down best place and prices are reasonable.
Couldn’t recommend more!! Took my pup to get spayed here and it was a wonderful experience! The staff are all super compassionate and caring, when I picked her up I received a very informative chat regarding post surgery care which helped me feel very confident about taking my baby home. The night of surgery my pup was very uncomfortable and experiencing lots of pain, I called the 24 hr line the next day and they were extremely helpful and understanding, they referred us to the vet hospital where she was looked after and received some more pain medication, this gave her great relief and the ASPCA took care of the entire bill!
