Iris is so nice and she gets the job done beautifully! I have had her sew patches on vests multiple times. She has always completed the work when promised (sometimes early) and the work is always perfect. The price is beyond reasonable. Highly recommend!

My mom is always happy with the service she receives from Village Shoe Repair. Heather is very friendly, and will try her best to come up with a way to fix your shoe issues. On the last pair of shoes we dropped off, the strap had to be re-positioned to fit comfortably across my mom's foot. The task seemed to be challenging, but Heather was able to execute it nicely and neatly!

this place has, apparently, been here a very long time. the current owner’s parents owned it prior. it’s hard to find both a good cobbler and a good tailor. village shoe repair seems to be a pretty good cobbler. i have only brought one pair of boots (goodyear welted) and the job came out nice. i would definitely recommend. also, if you want a good job, you will have to pay a good price (not cheap). the job is good and worth it.
