These matters should be handled with care, integrity, and should not require and exhorbant amount of work from families during this already difficult time. I worked with Erta Dumond, and was rather disappointed with the services I received. Do you and your loved one a favor, contact Susan from Elder Care Solutions, and she will ensure that you will have all the support and assistance you need. She took care of my grandmother after waiting a year to get her devices. The process was so amazing and smooth! This teams doesn’t sleep until work is done! Forever grateful for what they’ve done for my family and I.

The staff is knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and concerned about your love ones. They work very hard and are diligent. When I learned about this company I was so stressed. I had no idea or knowledge about any programs for the elderly or how to apply. Once I started researching programs and realized the overwhelming amount of paper and the very long process, I was very discouraged. Then I heard about The Senior Care Connector and it changed my moms life and mine. Within four months my mom was approved and receiving LTC. Thank you Erta Dumond..
