For years I have been a patient of Randy A. Grover O.D because I consider him an excellent Optometrist but The Front Desk Lady is a Horrible person I have gone, I have called and according to her The system is down or there are no appointments. I considered that she should not be in that place because she does not have any work ethic and she is a scary Client, apart from not having any empathy towards the Patients, I would like to not see her in that place anymore because she is irresponsible.

Need to have more knowledge about health insurance,so people don't waste time,in my situation at first said my insurance is good and then on my appointment day they said is not accepted
