My wife and I just received a massage from Marisol at our home and it was fantastic. This was no ordinary massage it was also a spiritual cleansing through guided meditation and touch. I typically like to receive a deep tissue type of massage but I had asked for more of a relaxing massage for stress reduction and boy did she deliver. Was on time and very professional and knowledgeable of the body . Thank you Marisol from the Herreras.

No visit is ever the same, as she uses a variety of holistic methods to attune your body to whatever it needs in that moment. Forever grateful!
I've had many massages in my lifetime and some have been wonderful while others have been horrible. Whether wonderful or horrible, they were expensive. Not only were they expensive, the masseuse didn't get to know me and my needs before the session, they just asked if I have any area of the body where I felt pain or tightness and offered to massage that area longer. After diving deeper in to my yoga practice I realized the mind, body and spirit are all connected. You can just focus on the body (aches and pains) by rather need to focus on the mind (current state of the person) and the spirit (how is the person feeling emotionally and spiritually).
