I’m giving them 5 stars because of how Brian handled a situation. The Situation: My first time using their service someone removed a temporary hem that I put into the pants (admittedly not the biggest of deals; minor nuisance) but the second time I used them not only was one of my designer work shirts (that I got on sale) damaged but the cuffs were not scrubbed clean. I sent Brian photos and he apologized profusely. He offered to cover the cost of the shirt and I was doubtful that he would because I had bought a set of 4x$120 at The Men’s Warehouse. This man went to the store and replaced the exact same woven shirt in my exact size. I was floored. No one does that.... read full review
