I manage a small community in Pembroke Pines, FL. When the pandemic hit South Florida, it was the perfect opportunity to complete some of the small construction projects (i.e. sidewalk cracks, updating our clubhouse, fence repair, etc.) that I hadn't had a chance to check-off my list beforehand. I selected WR Contracting because of the company's strong reputation and extensive experience managing similar projects for other local communities. William, the owner, was very professional and he was able to give me a quote on all of my projects very quickly. Even though they were busy, William made my project a priority and was able to complete the work ahead of schedule. I was very pleased with WR Contracting and would highly recommend them to other South Florida property managers.

I was referred to and used WR Contracting LLC to complete large scale renovations on the exterior as well as certain interior and common elements of a 24 unit apartment building. I found they are capable and experienced in completing pretty much any overall work you need done on your community. William the owner was very responsive, identified the necessary repairs and was even creative and thorough in making sure it was done in the best way for long term effectiveness and aesthetic appearances.
