Andrew is an awesome trainer who I have been working with for a few months now. He is focused on whole body fitness. I was interested in strength training alone but he convinced me that additional stretching exercises would be vital to gaining strength in a more functional way. And he really has me more limber than ever before even though we still have a lot of work to do on my shoulder stiffness. Andrew is very cautious to avoid exacerbating old injuries (or incurring new ones) while also encouraging me to push myself in a controlled way. He is mature enough to have seen all the fads over many years and relies on the fundamentals of strengthening, adapting them to serve my body specifically. He's also a straightforward, humble and interesting person. He is a pleasure to spend time with and that makes the workouts much more enjoyable.

Excellent Trainer! When I first came to Miami, I wasn't sure on what kind of trainer to see and I found this one through Google. I was so happy to see how excellent his techniques were, as well as the level of convenience. Personally, he is a great and reliable man to count on for your fitness goals and offers so many options in order to persue them. I enjoyed working with him, and now I feel very motivated to persue the techniques he instructed me. He also trains at local gyms that allow trainers which to me is such a huge asset. Definitely recommend him! He will not disappoint!
