I recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton South Beach, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable, and every detail was thoughtfully handled. A special shoutout to Onder Ucar, the Front Office Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay exceeded all expectations. His professionalism and genuine care made me feel incredibly valued.
The property itself is stunning, with luxurious rooms, excellent dining, and a prime beachfront location. I can’t wait to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a flawless South Beach experience!

We had a three day stop off at this hotel. What an amazing experience we had. The staff are, welcoming, attentive and informative. A special mention has to go to Myriam. She was amazing. My daughter had an unexpected medical emergency which lead to two days in ER. Myriam was so kind, helpful and made us all feel very special. She is truly a credit to the Ritz Carlton. I would without hesitation stay again. Hopefully this time we will get to see a little more of Miami! Thank you Myriam

It was not clear at the time of booking that spa use was compulsory every day, whether or not we used it. Breakfast is very poor, staff are slow and rude. Only one good experience that everyone at the pool and the entrance was very nice and helpful. The gym is fine. When booking here, be sure to check for any hidden costs. And breakfast is not recommended at all! Unfortunately, the 5-star service does not beat it at all. Especially not at breakfast, when you get a lecture on which door to use. Sorry, that's not the style I pay for in a 5-star hotel.
