“I came here for a short trial facial, and found this place to be calming and relaxing. I did the 30-minute facial without extractions, which costs $100--which is on the pricier side and more of a splurge than a need. I felt like the session was a bit shorter than 30 minutes, but I still left with glowing and refreshed skin. The rooms are a little small, but they still feel cozy. There's a parking garage attached to the building, which is super convenient.“

“I have been going to Suzy for over six years and she is consistently amazing. I have gone through many different phases with my skin and dealt with multiple unique issues and she has approached each one with expertise, taking the time to explain exactly what the issue is, how she is going to help, and what to do to maintain the results and keep my skin in the glowing condition that she leaves it in. I have always had very sensitive skin which usually makes it hard to treat acne, but Suzy has a wide variety of organic, natural, and calming products that help my problem areas and actually reduce irritation instead of contributing to it. Even for something as simple as a basic facial with extractions she always tailors it to the specific client and their concerns, going the extra mile to make everyone feel comfortable and ensure that they leave her spa feeling amazing. Most recently, I experienced a terrible breakout due to a medication that essentially took up the entirety of my chin and jawline. After a few weeks of trying to remove it and nothing working, I went to Suzy for an acne facial and within an hour she had managed to remove basically everything, and a few days later, nothing has come back. I don’t know how she does what she does, but I am confident that there is nobody better at it.

Beyond her obvious skills, she has integrity in her work and genuine care for her clients. A lot of medspas will just try to give a client anything they ask for just to make a sale but Suzy genuinely cares about her client’s skin and what will help them. She has always been honest with me about what I need and told me when a treatment she offers would not be effective for my specific concerns. Her priority lies in the health and satisfaction of her clients above all. She makes me feel comfortable, listens to my concerns, and even takes the time to learn about my favorite music artists and play them while I am getting extractions so that I am distracted. Suzy takes the time to know her client’s skin, but also know who they are because she cares about their overall experience. As I go to college in another state I have seen other estheticians, but none of them come close to the level of kindness, expertise, and honestly results as Suzy. She is genuinely the best.“

“During July 1 - August 1 is spa month in Miami, what an amazing idea to be honest! I went to the Away Spa at The W on South Beach and the staff was beyond wonderful. The reason I gave only 4 stars is I like luxury spa's and have been to many however, the one thing I didnt like about this spa was when you're there you have to wait in the bathroom/changing area to be called on for your services. There is not really a nice waiting area maybe some couches but nothing luxury or fancy about it. I have been to spas that while waiting for your treatments there are steam rooms, salt rooms and even seawater ponds to lounge in while waiting. Moving forward, David was the gentlemen who took my reservation. David was so polite, professional and so welcoming upon my arrival. David even called me a few days earlier to make sure I was still coming and that if I needed anything he was there to help. My massage person was great his name was Brenton. Brenton was also very polite and professional always made sure during the treatment to ask if the pressure was okay and just wanted to make sure I was comfortable and enjoy the massage. My facial lady name was Marlin and she was so sweet. Marlin explained the Hydrafacial in details and made sure that I was comfortable with all the wonderful products she was putting on my face. All in all, I would say this is a nice spa, they do allow you to have a beach chair and umbrella on the beach before your treatments, which I did also enjoy. As mentioned the only reason I gave four stars is I prefer a nicer waiting area not just a bathroom. But great experience thank you team for being amazing.“

“My husband and I had a couples massage with bamboo this afternoon and it was FANTASTIC! (I am fairly picky about massages, atmosphere, quality, cleanliness.) Immediately upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and it smelled so good! The place was very clean, quiet and calming music playing. Our therapists, Monique and Danielle, were on time and extremely welcoming. Our massages felt similar to a deep tissue massage which we both preferred. It was very relaxing and I also liked how they used a warm washcloth to wipe off the oil from our feet so we don't slip. It was very well priced and would highly recommend trying this location.“

“I am from NY and get a lot of massages. I came here because I woke up with a huge knot in my neck while on vacation. I mentioned several times I wanted that to be the concentration of the massage (on the intake form and during the massage), but it was not and I was ignored. Massage was 4 stars if you are there for the full body normal/standard/given to everyone massage, but if you are there for a specific request - good luck and I give 2 stars. My knot was still killing me the rest of the vacation. Although it was nice, for the money I spent and lack of results, I would rather have skipped the massage and waited until I got home.“
