This place used to be amazing, but the last two years it’s gone downhill. They only do drop offs which takes hours and is not personable, I want to be in the room with my pet instead of them being locked in a cage all day. My dog has also now become afraid to go to the vet where he never was like that before. It’s stressful for a dog to be in that environment especially when they aren’t feeling well. The most frustrating part which is now why I’m going to be finding a new vet is my dog broke his toe and they took X-rays, I made an appointment at another vet for second opinion per their suggestion and called immediately for the X-ray to be emailed. I want to thank the staff for their compassion and understanding during My Annabelles treatment. They were so kind and professional they made a horrible situation more bearable. I would recommend them over any vets that I have been to and I plan to move all My pets care to this office.
