What started out as a nightmare at 550am turned into a pleasant and professional experience. Long story short, a water connection hose on a brand new appliance installed 9 days ago broke and started to flooded my house. Using the emergency hotline, Roto Rooter sent Richard - 6577 out to conduct the inspection. He quickly identified the problem and explained what needed to happen to prevent anymore water damage. You never met honest plumbers anymore and he was one time and efficient. He even stayed on location to monitor the situation until water restoration services came out. Had a clog that I tried everything to fix but couldn’t. Joesph, Austin, and Medina came through and got it cleared. They explained everything clearly every step of the way and even cleaned after themselves. Great Service!
Very quick and professional service. And their staff Austin and Joseph worked hard on my kitchen clogged sink, had to run the snake a couple times to make sure it is unclogged, and they even gave me good advice how to modify my sink pipes and how to install the washer and dryer. They are best plumbers I have ever seen, highly recommended if you have any plumbing issues.
