This veterinarian is so serious and so on point.did such an amazing job finding out what was wrong with my dogs eyes. After multiple test and not giving I no up on my 19 year old dog. The staff are so kind too. Worth the wait. I have paid so many times more to other specialists veterinarian and they never gave a proper and such basic answers without any help and making it worse. This vet 👌 💯 amazing 👏. I truly trust them because theu have proven it through their actions
They have been my dogs vets for 12 years - they are compassionate - not just the doctors but the entire staff. They are thorough in explaining everything and answer questions and concerns clearly. Even when I loved 2 hours away I would drive to Miami Beach with my dogs for their healthcare here.
Wow really nice staff! Dr. Javier is very friendly and provided accurate information when it came to traveling with a dog overseas and the international requirements based on the country. Front staff is friendly and professional. I can't say enough good things about Ruth who was patient, explained to me over the phone what was required, documentation, process, timelines. Traveling with pets internationally is an added stress when you have no support to navigate the process but Ruth continuously followed up and help us step-by-step to ensure we understand what to prioritize.
