Great quick, friendly service & they don't try to upsell you on things, or services, you don't need! I needed a new deadbolt & the guy who helped me said I could get one installed or just do it myself, then proceeded to give me a pep talk when I asked how hard or easy it would be to do it myself. So nice. Reasonable prices too!

Whenever I'm in Miami, there is no where else I would go to get keys made or anything for security.We needed locks changed. Not only were they punctual, but also very communicative.Everything was professionally done. A seamless experience.

I've been using them for years, and yet I am always surprised by the high levels of quality and courtesy. This morning they removed a jammed lock and replaced it with a good quality new one. Their prices are fair, they show up quickly, and they are really nice. If you need ANY type of lock or any service to existing ones, this is the place. I'd give them six stars if I could.
