Update 6 years ago I left this review and today I can still say. Am very pleased with my results at this office They are straight up and honest maybe some people can't take it but I love it !!! They are not fake neither trying to sell miracles My results are great I did FRAXEL and today I did BBL it is phenomenal Anabelle is great I know her since 12 years and I am very grateful

I had the best facial of my life here! As someone who has struggled with acne for years, I have had many facials. Nellie is an experienced and wonderful esthetician/facialist. Truly a miracle worker!! Never have I felt more relaxed during a facial--extractions were effective and painless. 10/10 can't wait for my next one!!!!!!!!!

I have been going to GMSL for more. than 20 years since I was a kid. I used to only go for challenging issues as I live far away and it was always a trek to the beach. I finally realized how stupid I was going to derms closer to my home when their care was inferior, long wait times and nothing really got done except big bills and lots of wasted time. You will never have that with Dr. Zaiac and his PA Annabelle. She has exceptional clinical skills, the ability to accurately and quickly diagnose simple but also complex issues and no matter the issue (acne, vitiligo, head itching or cosmetics) you can trust that you are truly getting excellent care by this team. They are truly experts in their field, have lasers that you could only find in major derms center and most importantly genuinely care about their patients doing well. They want to solve your problem. I could not be more appreciative of Annabelle--she is not only an expert at skin and laser but one of the most kind and gentle persons you will find. A true extraordinarily combination of brains and heart. The clinical care here is paired with the nicest and most hard working staff. Each one of them makes the office run like a perfectly oiled machine. They really do not know how to say no and despite the place being very busy they are always nice, smiling and make the experience always pleasant. Isabel greets you with a smile, Ivette assists Annabelle and is amazing, Melissa does check out and they could not be more professional, nicer and just an amazing trio. I was especially impressed a few weeks ago when I needed to change my schedule and as a team Katty coordinated the staff to change their routine to help me. Everyone there actually have tunnel vision to help patients--even Dr. Zaiac gets annoyed when he sees people waiting--I was shocked when he was worried that I was waiting maybe two minutes more than I should have--who cares like that anymore? No one. Do not waste your time and money with other derms in this town--been there, done that way too times, this practice is the real deal and a staff that is second to none. They are an example how you as patient can get top notch care coupled with a staff that really "gets it" and work very hard every day to treat you like you are their only patient. In a world of poor care and even worse service in the medical community they are a shining example of how to do it all right. Don't settle for less.
