Tbh it was one of the best facials and Wax ever! She was so fast I hardly felt pain and I have a very low pain tolerance! My facial was great too especially the massage she gave! Ingrid is honestly gifted. Highly recommend her.

I was at IGM Day Spa earlier this month while traveling for business in Miami.
I must say that Ingrid is absolutely fantastic, not only is she knowledgable about all things beauty, but she creates a fun environment for her customers and her staff. Their manicures are fantastic and I hear her facials and beauty treatments are even better. I will definitely be back when visiting Miami again and recommend her Spa to friends.
