There are inadequate amount of cardio machines that barely anyone uses there and very little (literally 7-8) of weight training machines in total.Like 10 treadmills out of which just one is usually occupied by someone... and ten of each other cardio machines, and you never see anyone on them...

The Flamingo used to have the best gym I've ever been to. It was one of the top perks of living here. Super spacious, with incredible views and amazing instructors. Then they went and renovated the building and moved the gym to the first floor and just like every other renovation in this building, they completely ruined it. On top of that they raised the rates too. So now residents have to pay more for so much less. The new gym is just awful, I can't believe they robbed residents of such a great amenity. It would be one thing if the gym was included in the rent, but we have to pay extra for it too. I got a membership in an outside gym that's much better, but I hate that...read full review
