Christopher Wand handled a sale unprofessionally. You would expect more from an agent from a high-end brokerage like Douglas Elliman. He did not keep his word after numerous attempts to resolve a dispute and was not willing to negotiate, which now dampens long term relations for future transactions. Will not be recommending him to anyone I know.
