Long story short, a water connection hose on a brand new appliance installed 9 days ago broke and started to flooded my house. She was extremely thorough and went through every room to ensure that when the dry out team came out they completed the job. Her personality and expertise calmed my nerves and for a moment I forgot that I had a massive leak in my house just hours ago. The dry out team Darniel and Guillermo had a tough job ahead of them but they tackled the task with ease. From removing the carpet, meticulously placing the tubes for the dry out, to explaining every step, they rocked it! I am a new homeowner and for this to be the first issue I have had with the house, this Roto Rooter team made all the difference. I applaud this team and their customer service.
