Cowshed is a great spa with friendly staff. Tony is one of the best masseurs I've ever had (globally) and is fantastic for you if you have an muscle issues. He is educated in massage and helps make you understand how the body works. I can confidently say this is the best deep tissue massage I've had.

I was not a huge fan of Cowshed when Soho originally opened but I recently gave it another shot and was happily surprised. The facilities are back up to where they should be. I really think it's the most beautifully designed spa in Miami. What made the major difference was my amazing massage therapist, Tony. I've never had a better massage in my life, so HIGHLY recommend him. I'll definitely be back!

Cowshed, as in the shed where you house cows. That's the name of the spa at SoHo House. And, unless you're a member or a guest, you won't see the insides of this serene spa. Solution: Book yourself a room at SoHo House, because, friends, its worth the stay. Made entirely of reclaimed barn wood, Cowshed looks like a countryside farmhouse, giving it an anything-but-Miami feel. And it smells divine, too, thanks to the spa's signature candles.
