No one answered the front door or the phone. A lady out front let me in and I went to suite 201, which was locked and had no signs to indicate that this was a business; just a blank door with a room number. I walked through the rest of the building calling the phone number and received no answer and couldn't find any other office belonging to this company. I had an appointment for botox today at 12:30pm and even received a confirmation email accepting the appointment. Thanks for the waste of time and gas. Not returning here again.

It’s not a real business if you confirm appointments with customers, they show up, and…no one is home. I’ve called (straight to vm), texted, replied by email, scanned the site for another phone number, tried texting the no-reply appointment confirmation text…and just waited on a sad little bench in a hallway for 30 mins. This is outrageous or some kind of scam. Such a waste of my time fighting traffic to find parking. Rude.

I have gone to other places and was not very happy with my results. A model friend recommended The Labb Beauty for Botox Cosmetics and I love it! I got Botox on my forehead. I would highly recommend. The products were not watered down. Plus the location had a parking garage and great cafes which I and a friend enjoyed after my treatment.
