Buyer beware! Bought a groupon for 2 cool sculpting sessions. Had to cancel days ahead of appointment due to having the flu. Left 2 messages (they never answer their phone). They actually marked my groupon "redeemed"! When I reached out to them to correct and reschedule I could not reach them again. 3 voicemails, text messages, place was closed when I stopped by. I told them I just want to schedule my sessions or I'll dispute the charge, still nothing. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
