Beware, I wouldn't take it any privilege for what my previous primary doctor like dr Andrew froster has putted me into every jeopardized rest of treatment from what I needed get primary doctors authorize on approval even he rejected it for helping patients get better like me without able get my medical equipment during my long haul recovery from my recent surgery!!!!! had it enough by enough from doc Froster who wouldn't even take a risk for doing his job by following by state law under health insurance all he only care about money!!!! I'll see someone else under same practice who willing always be right there help patients like myself get better on health well being!!!!

I visited this office a few times as my primary doctor was located there, and also had to do a mammogram and went to urgent care once. The service is very good in general, but the billing/accounting services are incredibly inefficient. I moved away years ago and for some reason, I just got a notice that they tried to bill my insurance (in Dec.2023) for services from 2021! And I previously had to contact them back and forth for approx. 8 months to try to get another bill paid by my insurance, which I was finally able to get resolved once they sent an itemized bill (which should be standard). I am just appalled that the billing process has been so complicated.

when you actually get a person, they are helpful, attentive, and the staff is nice (that's why i gave 2 stars). the problem is, they don't call back, and you can never reach the office. i have lab results pending for 2 weeks - nothing on the app and no one calls back to give me results. i have left 10+ messages with the answering service, and yet, still no reply from the office. even my pharmacy has sent me messages to contact the doctor because they have tried to get a refill but they don't get a reply from the office. again, *when you get in the door or someone calls you* they are good. but it's nearly impossible to get in touch with them. now, it's friday before a long weekend, i'm out of medication, and i don't know my lab results. and after more than 10 messages this week, i'm no closer to any answers or medication. this isn't health. nor care.
