My experience with Dr. Anika Arevalo at ASR Sport Medicine was excellent. From the initial assessment to the continued PT sessions I was given excellent information and care. It was a long journey that Dr. Anika helped me through and I am happy with the results. Knowledgeable, thorough and dedicated. Recommend highly.

After just a few sessions with Dr. Jenn, I experienced significant improvement in my overall well-being. Not only did she alleviate my neck and back pain, but she also provided me with valuable insights and exercises to maintain a healthy spine long-term.

After a week of having surgery, I started my physical therapy session with Matt at ASR Physical Therapy. A month later, I went to see the doctor for my check-up, and he was impressed with how much I could move and flex my arm. He was not expecting that much progress in a month. Now, I have my 5-month check-up with the surgeon next month. My arm is completely recovered, and I have full functionality of it. I am so grateful to Matt and the ASR Physical Therapy team for working with me in my recovery. Matt carried me through the darkest time in my life, and for that, I will always be grateful to him. He was not only my physical therapist. He was a friend.
