What a treat while on vacation! We had the 8 am class on the beach. Perfect way to set the tone and mood for the day. Wonderful instructor with great energy. We appreciate your time today and look forward to more classes throughout the week! Highly recommend!
As a 200RYT from out of town on vacation, I was SO excited to do the sunset yoga as it is snowing back home... I left feeling calm and rejuvenated. I loved the sequencing of the class as well as the nature ambience. I come to town once a year and WILL be back! If you're local and haven't tried yet..or even from out of town and wanting to try it...get to it. You won't regret it! Thank you for sharing the Gift of Yoga in your town(s).
