Tanith came by the SAME day I called for a free inspection. She was thorough, punctual, cordial, professional, as well as friendly and helpful. She even texted a picture of herself so we would know who to expect upon arrival. She followed through on her commitment and has even offered advice on how to DIY fix the minor findings she identified.

Honestly, her service puts other contractors to shame.

TLDR; call this company if you need mold inspection/removal services!

We had Tannith come out to inspect our home and she did an amazing job! Not only did she diligently write down the extent of the damage, but she found areas of damage (in the corners of our garage, mildew on the inside wall of our sliding doors, etc) that we hadn't even noticed. She was friendly, charismatic and made us feel assured and aware without being overwhelmed. 10/10!

David was amazing! We had possible mold damage in our house due to a foundation issue. I contacted him and he was professional and was able to schedule me in same day. He was very knowledgeable with the inspection. I would recommend David for any mold issues 100% to anyone.
