After a VERY cold uncomfortable shower, we deduced that our hot water heater was probably dead, so we did what most people would do- hopped on the Home Depot website and picked a new one then hit the I need an installer button... Moments later we were contacted by a local plumber who would have been happy to charge us $1700 to replace our water heater (it's a 40 gallon basic tank!) so we politely said no thank you, and were then contacted by someone who could not give us any information at all. Frustrated, I turned to Yelp- just to look for a local plumber. I had no idea there was a service recommendation tool on here!!! Anyway, I put our information in and waited... read full review

Amazing plumber. I have been searching for a trusting plumber for years. I am so relieved to finally have established a business relationship with William our plumber.
