IN ADDITION I began the VNG Balance testing which has been ENORMOUSLY HELPFUL with my wing foiling on a surf 🏄♀️ board that rises 18 inches above the water. I had been working on it for several years before finally having success after a few weeks of VNG balance exercises.

I started by seeing Megan for massages for my mental health as well as neck pain, her knowledge on fascia massages is insane. I left every appointment sobbing due to the release I was having (in the best way!) I felt like I was getting down to the root issues in my body. She pulls out all these tools I have never experienced in massages, I trust everything she does! Megan is so caring and loving!
I recently started seeing Anna another massage therapist there and same thing, she’s wonderful! Her Reiki is so healing, I always leave feeling better. They really hire only knowledgable people here.

Dr Patel is excellent! He has helped my husband and me feel so much more productive than our age. He has eliminated my husband issue with acid reflux as well as mobility issues. No meds needed now. We are in our in our mid 80s.
