Personnel, are friendly competent and professional. I actually enjoy going to the office. They’ve been taking care of me for about six pyears. I appreciate the confidence I have in them.
2ND UPDATE: I went back to Dr Williams on August 14th. My horrible/scary situation was resolved!! She & I understood that if things weren't as they should be that I would be referred out. THANKFULLY!! That was not the case!! My sincere gratitude & thanks to Dr Williams & her staff for taking such great care of me!!
UPDATE: I had to call the office on Monday morning (7/8/24) with a scary gum issue that QUICKLY developed!! I was more than concerned!! They fit me in at 2 pm. I apologize I can't remember the assistant's name. She was sooo wonderful!! Dr Williams came in & diagnosed the issue. By the time I left, I HAD A PLAN!! A really great experience! The office staff very friendly and helpful. The hygienist was personable and provided a pain-free cleaning and polish. Dr Williams was thorough and informative. I'm grateful to have found such a dental office!
