The staff was absolutely amazing. I was able to get all of my questions answered. They took the time to give me the knowledge that I needed and they went slow to help me understand every detail. I have several issues that are concerning and they will be addressing them one by one so we can come to a resolution to fit my needs in a timely manner. They worked with me every step of the way. Believe me, I had a ton of questions and they gave me a ton of answers. They do this every day and I do not and they brought me into that comfort zone that was definitely needed for me to have that understanding. Everyone at this facility was great. The Dentist was extremely gentle; my pain level during the procedure and now, has never risen above a 5. Ms Jackson was a great comfort for me

Marlee my dental technician was extremely patient and comforting, and also a good sense of humor when I jumped at what I thought was a needle (it wasn't). The treatment was more than I expected and easier to endure. I have two more appointments in the next week.
