Our Project with Zigmund Builders and Roofers was to detect a Roof Leak in our Condominium. Mr. Stephen Crawford, Owner, responded to our request in a Timely Manner. His employees were “On Time”, were “Very Polite” and “Explained” the steps involved in conducting a Water Leak Test. Mr. Crawford sent us a written report with photographs along with a quote on repairs needed to fix the Roof Leak within @72 hours of the completion of the Water Leak Test. We had Zigmund replace our roof a year and a half ago, and we were very pleased with the job Jason and his crew did on our home. They were timely, respectful, and made a real effort to contain the mess despite the crazy wind we had that week. About 4 months after having our roof done, we had that massive hail storm in the area and I was so relieved that there was next to no signs of damage, it held up great. Now a year and a half on, we have had no issues or concerns. All around a great experience for us.

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Zigmund Builders. Getting new impact windows throughout our house is a big deal. I took the time to interview 3 separate companies and do thorough research on each company before making a selection. I am incredibly thankful we selected Zigmund Builders for this job. Leo and Miguel, our installers and the forward-facing representatives of this company, provided exceptional service and fantastic customer service. They were professional, respectful, went above and beyond every single day to ensure the project was a success, and did it all with a smile and a positive attitude.
